Anne-Marie Lussier
Vice-President, Talent and Culture, CDPQ Infra
Anne-Marie Lussier has been Vice-President, Talent and Culture, at CDPQ Infra since March 2026. In this role, she is responsible for all human resources management strategies, the evolution of the organization’s corporate culture, and employee engagement in support of the organization’s ambitions.
Anne-Marie brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, including a decade serving on senior executive committees. From July 2017 until joining CDPQ Infra, she was Vice-President, Human Resources, for the Réseau express métropolitain (REM) project at AtkinsRéalis. Prior to her work on the REM, she served as Vice-President, Human Resources, at the corporate level within the same firm, following four years as Director and Senior Director, Human Resources. Earlier in her career, from 2009 to 2012, Anne-Marie was Human Resources Manager at the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation. She also spent seven years at Saputo.
Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in human resources from HEC Montréal, a Master of Science in Administration (M.Sc.) specializing in change management from the Université de Sherbrooke, as well as a certificate in Labour Relations from Queen’s University.
Since November 2022, she has served on the Board of Directors of Formétal, a social economy enterprise focused on socio professional insertion in the metalworking industry, and has been its chair since January 2026.
