Jean-Marc Arbaud

Jean-Marc Arbaud has served on the Board of Directors of CDPQ Infra since 2021. He first sat as President and Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary, then as a Director starting in January 2026.
Jean-Marc Arbaud has more than 35 years of experience in the development, planning, financing, construction, and operation of public and industrial infrastructure across all continents. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of CDPQ Infra from January 2021 to December 2025. Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager and then General Manager of the subsidiary since its creation in July 2015. He joined La Caisse in January 2014.
Prior to that, he was President of Infra-Diagnox, a firm he founded in 2012, which provided advisory services for the acquisition of major road transport and electric transmission infrastructure in Brazil, India, Mexico, and the United States. From 2005 to 2011, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of InTransitBC, the concessionaire for the Canada Line, the automated electric public transit system connecting the city of Richmond, the international airport, and downtown Vancouver. Jean-Marc Arbaud also worked for the engineering firm SNC-Lavalin for several years. He held various positions there between 1997 and 2005, then returned from 2011 to 2012 as Vice President of Operations for the company’s global activities (Global Power sector) and as Vice President and General Manager for its Brazilian division. He began his career in France as an engineer with Pingat Ingénierie in Reims.
