CDPQ Infra announces the publication of a procurement notice as part of the TramCité project to enable the industry to properly prepare for the various phases of the procurement processes of this major project. 

Work in the Mont-Royal Tunnel is progressing and our dynamic tests are going well on the Deux-Montagnes and Anse-à-l’Orme branches. As a result, CDPQ Infra is targeting fall 2025 for the next commissioning of the REM. 

CDPQ Infra today accepted a new mandate from the Government of Québec to plan the first phase of the CITÉ plan and set up the organization required to ensure the proper development of the next stages of the tramway project.

As set out in the framework agreement for major public infrastructure projects, today CDPQ Infra accepted a mandate from the Government of Québec to study current and projected mobility for all modes of transportation combined for the entire Communauté métropolitaine de Québec (CMQ).

Following the service disruptions and, in particular, the issues encountered in communicating information to users of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM), CDPQ Infra would like to apologize to those affected by this situation and reiterate its commitment to providing users with reliable, high-quality public transit service.
