To request access to a document held by CDPQ Infra
Address your request in writing to the person in charge of access to information whose contact details are provided below.
To ensure your request is receivable
Your request must be sufficiently precise to allow us to identify the document you wish to access.
Upon receipt of your request
You will receive a written notice indicating the date on which your request was received and the time expected to process it. Under the Act, CDPQ Infra is required to respond to your request within 20 days of receiving it. If that is the case, you will be notified in writing of such delay.
If CDPQ Infra refuses your request in whole or in part
In full or in part, you are entitled under the Act, to apply to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec for a review of CDPQ Infra’s decision. Your application must be made in writing within 30 days following CDPQ’s decision.
